Sourdough Batard

Sometimes when you have tried (repeatedly) to make something and you just can't get the hang of it, the best thing to do is buy it from your friend who's already an expert. Thank you Carolyn Akens! This is amazing sourdough! I had TWO slices with butter and homemade jam that my cousin brought from back home from my aunt.
